Since the Nouveau Marché brings together participants from different countries, available meeting slots will vary depending on where you are in the world. It’s essential that you indicate the time zone where you will be on Oct 15 and 16 so the meetings are scheduled appropriately.

Please note that accepting a meeting request, or having one of your requests accepted, does not guarantee that the meeting will be scheduled. Meetings will be scheduled based on both parties’ availability. We will do our best to accommodate as many accepted meeting requests as possible within the available time slots.
Your final meeting schedule including whom you will meet, as well as the date and time of each meeting, will appear on your profile on October 10, once the schedule is finalized.
